SPINETRAC® is a motorised spinal decompression therapy system that supports cervical, lumbar, hip, knee and carpal/wrist traction and decompression from a single multipurpose table. With supine, prone and side-lying (antalgic) treatment positions, Saunders cervical system, adjustable table height (21”–43” / 54–110 cm), manually adjustable pelvic tilt (0°–24°), repositionable headpiece, adjustable arm rests and patient stabilisation via axilla posts, it is designed for physiotherapy clinics, rehabilitation centres and pain management facilities that require multi-position spinal decompression capability.

SPINETRAC® provides cervical, lumbar, hip, knee and carpal decompression with supine/prone/side-lying positioning, Saunders cervical system and a multipurpose treatment table with adjustable height, pelvic tilt and patient stabilisation.
5 Treatment Regions — Back, Neck, Hip, Knee, Carpal
A single system handles spinal decompression/traction across five body regions: back (lumbar), neck (cervical via Saunders system), hip, knee and carpal/wrist. This eliminates the need for separate decompression devices per region, consolidating multi-region traction capability into one treatment station.
Supine, Prone & Side-Lying Positioning
Supports three treatment positions — supine (face up), prone (face down) and side-lying (antalgic positioning). Side-lying decompression accommodates patients who cannot tolerate supine or prone positions, expanding the treatable patient population compared to supine-only or prone-only systems.
Saunders Cervical System
Integrated Saunders cervical traction system for cervical spine decompression. The repositionable headpiece accommodates different patient sizes and cervical treatment angles.
Adjustable Table Height — 21” to 43”
Table height adjusts from 21 inches (54 cm) to 43 inches (110 cm), accommodating different practitioner heights, wheelchair transfers and treatment techniques. This range supports both low-position manipulation and standard-height decompression therapy.
0°–24° Pelvic Tilt & Patient Stabilisation
Pelvic tilt section is manually adjustable from 0° to 24° for lumbar positioning. Patient stabilisation is provided via axilla posts. Adjustable arm rests support patient comfort during extended decompression sessions.
Multipurpose Treatment & Manipulation Table
Functions as both a spinal decompression system and a general-purpose treatment/manipulation table. The dual-purpose design maximises the clinical utility of the table footprint — decompression therapy and manual treatment from the same station. Manufactured by HMS Medical Systems.
