DIGITRAC 102
DIGITRAC® 102 is a computerised cervical and lumbar traction unit with 8 traction modes, a 7-inch colour TFT touch display (90° rotatable), high force range up to 90 kg (198 lbs / 880 N), 10-level speed control (0.5–5 kg/sec), ramp steps (1–10), auto-engage, 50 user memory slots with patient ID and customisable display units (kg/lbs/N). Powered by an efficient BLDC motor with Saunders cervical fitting provision, it is the most advanced traction unit in the HMS range at 10 kg.

DIGITRAC® 102 delivers 8 traction modes, 10-speed BLDC motor, ramp stepping, auto-engage and 50-patient memory through a rotatable 7-inch touch display — the most advanced traction unit in the HMS range.
8 Traction Modes
Intermittent, Static, Progressive/Intermittent, Progressive/Static, Progressive/Regressive, Cyclic/Intermittent, Cyclic/Static and Cyclic modes. This 8-mode selection covers standard continuous and intermittent traction plus progressive, regressive and cyclic patterns not available on the DIGITRAC® 101 or INDOTRAC® D.
High Force 1–90 kg / Low Force 0–87 kg
High force range from 1 to 90 kg (198 lbs / 880 N) and low (base) force range from 0 to 87 kg (192 lbs / 853 N). Force is adjustable and displayed in user-selectable units — kg, lbs or Newtons. Hold time 1–99 sec and rest time 1–99 sec, both in 1-second steps. Treatment time 1–99 minutes.
10-Level Speed Control with Ramp Stepping
Traction speed adjustable across 10 levels from 0.5 to 5 kg/sec via BLDC motor. Ramp stepping from 1 to 10 steps with ramp pause time of 1–99 seconds allows graduated force application, building traction load incrementally rather than applying full force immediately.
7-Inch Colour TFT Touch Display — 90° Rotatable
A 7-inch colour TFT touch screen displays all traction parameters and mode selection. The display rotates 90° for flexible mounting — table-top, wall-mount or trolley positioning. Touch navigation provides direct parameter access without physical buttons.
50 User Memory with Patient ID & Auto-Engage
Stores 50 custom traction configurations with patient ID for quick recall. Auto-engage automatically applies the set traction force when the treatment starts, eliminating manual pre-tensioning. Easy-fit Saunders cervical harness provision.
10 kg with BLDC Motor & Universal Input
BLDC (brushless DC) motor provides efficient, reliable, smooth operation. Unit weighs 10 kg at 33 × 33 × 35 cm. Universal mains input (100–240V, 50/60 Hz). IEC 60601-1 (Class I, Type B). Manufactured by HMS Medical Systems.
