DIGITRAC 101
DIGITRAC® 101 is a microcontroller-based cervical and lumbar traction unit with traction force up to 90 kg (1 kg steps), base force up to 85 kg, 5-speed selection, progressive step increment (1–10 steps), 128 × 64 graphic LCD display, 30 user memory slots and Saunders fitting provision. With continuous and intermittent modes, user-defined hold time (1–99 sec), rest time (1–99 sec) and treatment time (1–99 min), it provides a reliable heavy-duty traction motor in a 9.5 kg unit for daily clinical use.

Cervical & Lumbar Traction with 5-Speed Control
DIGITRAC® 101 provides cervical and lumbar traction with up to 90 kg force, 5-speed control, progressive stepping, graphic LCD and 30 user memory — the mid-range traction unit between the INDOTRAC® D and the DIGITRAC® 102.
3–90 kg Traction Force / 2–85 kg Base Force
Traction force adjustable from 3 to 90 kg in 1 kg steps. Base (low) force from 2 to 85 kg in 1 kg steps. This is the same peak force as the DIGITRAC® 102 and significantly higher than the INDOTRAC® D’s 60 kg maximum. Supports both cervical and lumbar traction modes.
5-Speed Variable Selection
Five selectable traction speeds control the rate at which force is applied and released during intermittent traction cycles. Variable speed prevents abrupt force changes, allowing smooth, controlled load application tailored to patient tolerance.
Progressive Step Increment — 1–10 Steps
Progressive stepping automatically increases traction force in 1 to 10 incremental steps over the treatment session. This graduated force progression builds traction load systematically rather than applying the full set force from the first cycle.
128 × 64 Graphic LCD Display
A 128 × 64 graphic backlit LCD display shows traction force, base force, hold time, rest time, treatment time, speed setting and progressive step parameters. Clear readability in all lighting conditions for monitoring during treatment sessions.
30 User Memory & Saunders Provision
30 user memory slots store custom traction configurations for quick patient recall. Provision for Saunders cervical harness fitting. User-defined hold time (1–99 sec), rest time (1–99 sec) and treatment time (1–99 min) in 1-step increments.
9.5 kg with Heavy-Duty Motor
Reliable, durable heavy-duty motor with noiseless operation. Unit weighs 9.5 kg at 28.5 × 19.8 × 32.4 cm. Power consumption: 50 watts. Universal mains (100–240V, 50/60 Hz). IEC 60601-1 (Class 1, Type B). Easy to mount on traction table. Manufactured by HMS Medical Systems.
